Your puppy is guaranteed to be in good health and free of disease at the

time of delivery.  I highly recommend that the new owner take the puppy

to a veterinarian of their choice within 72 hours of delivery.  If a problem

is found at this time, the buyer may return puppy along with a report from

their veterinarian, to Wind Song Poodles for replacement with next available

puppy of same value.

          Your puppy is also guaranteed against congenital defects until he/she

            reaches one year of age.  If within this period, your puppy is found to

            have a congenital defect, the buyer may return puppy along with a

            report from their veterinarian, to Wind Song Poodles for replacement

            with next available puppy of same value.  Should a death occur within

            this period, an autopsy at the buyers expense must be performed to

            determine if cause was a congenital defect.  If death was caused by a

            congenital defect, the autopsy report would need to be provided to

            Wind Song Poodles for replacement of puppy with next available puppy

            of same value. Wind Song Poodles is not responsible for any veterinarian or

            shipping expenses that are acquired.

           Your  puppy can be stressed by shipping, adjusting to a  new home, 

           changing diets etc and this can bring on problems including

           hypoglycemia, worms, coccidiosis etc.  Wind Song Poodles has no control

           over the puppy's environment at this time and these things are the

           buyer’s responsibility.

Your puppy has been raised on Purina Puppy Food.

Wind Song Poodles does not recommend changing the diet of your

puppy.  Your puppy will come with a health record showing dates

of worming and shots.

A non refundable deposit of $200.00 is required to reserve a puppy. 

If puppy is ready to ship at time of purchase, full payment made,

and buyer backs out of sale before puppy is shipped.......payment

would be refunded minus $200.00.

Breeder will estimate size/personality/color etc as accurately

as possible but these things are not guaranteed.  Too many factors

are involved that breeder has no control over such as diet and environment.
